TEEXDEN has no public retail premises. The postal address above is not a shop or walk-in customer location.
2. Orders and payment
Product prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Secure checkout is provided by PayPal. An order is accepted when we confirm it and are able to produce and dispatch the goods. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and arrange a refund.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Screens and photography can show colours differently. Size information is provided before purchase; customers should check it before ordering.
4. Personalised products
Personalised goods are made to the customer's instructions and normally cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after production begins unless they are faulty, damaged or not as ordered. The customer confirms that they have permission to use every image, logo, name and other material supplied for printing. We may reject unlawful, infringing or unsafe content.
5. Delivery, returns and refunds
Our delivery information and returns policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by UK consumer law.
6. Liability and law
We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it. Otherwise, our responsibility is limited to losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while customers retain any mandatory rights that apply where they live.
