Who controls your data?

The controller is Ayush Kikan, sole trader, trading as TEEXDEN. Privacy questions can be sent to sales@teexden.co.uk.

Information we collect

• name, email, delivery address and order details;
• artwork, text and instructions supplied for personalised products;
• messages sent through email or live chat;
• technical and consent information such as device, approximate location, cookie choices and website events.

TEEXDEN does not receive or store full card details. Payment is handled by PayPal.

Why we use it

We use information to take payment, make and deliver orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal duties, and improve the website. Order processing is necessary to perform our contract; legal records are kept to meet obligations; optional analytics or marketing is used only according to the visitor's consent choice.

Who receives it?

Information is shared only as needed with service providers such as PayPal, delivery carriers, website hosting, email and customer-service suppliers, and professional or public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your rights

Order and accounting records are normally kept for up to six years. Unneeded support messages and uploaded artwork are deleted or anonymised when no longer required. Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies and international processing

Essential storage supports the bag, checkout, security and consent choices. Analytics and advertising storage remains off unless consent is given. Some suppliers may process data outside the UK using recognised safeguards.
