Returns, exchanges & refunds

We want you to be happy with your TEEXDEN order. The policy below applies to orders delivered in the United Kingdom.

Ready-made T-shirts

Eligible ready-made T-shirts may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

We also offer one free size exchange on an eligible ready-made T-shirt when it is unworn and in its original condition.

Custom and personalised products

Products made using a customer's artwork, wording, name or other personalisation cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as ordered.

How to request a return

  1. Email sales@teexden.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our return instructions before sending the item.
  3. Package the item securely and obtain proof of postage.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked.
